Talk with the voice over

Can I ask the voice over a question before booking?

Yes, you can! We understand you sometimes need to know more before you decide to book a voice over. For example, you might want more information about their experience with a specific type of script or target group, whether they are available, or because you would like to know the options for a package deal.

Do you have a question for one of the voices from our pre-selected database? In most cases you can ask the question directly to the voice over, when you see the button ‘Talk with the voice over’ in their profile.

Do you not see this button in the profile for the voice over? Or do you have a question for a voice over from our extended database? In that case you can ask the question via us.

How does it work when I have a question for a pre-selected voice over?

Go to our database and find the profile of the voice over you have a question for. If, on the right side of the page, you see the option ‘Talk with the voice over’ you can ask your question directly. Clicking this button will take you to the chat box, where you can ask any question you have. This is even possible when you have not yet decided on/booked the voice.

Do you then want to book the voice over? You can do so from this chat box window.

Do you need our help with anything? Type @voicebooking in the chat and we will join in to help as quickly as we can.

Some voice overs in our pre-selected database do not have the option ‘Talk with the voice over’. In that case you will not be able to directly ask your question. The same goes for voice overs in our extended database. In those cases, you can contact us at support@voicebooking.com or +31 (0)20 77 47 323. We will communicate your question(s) to the voice over.

Does it cost anything to ask a question?

No, asking our voice overs a question is free. Asking us for assistance is free as well. Importantly, there are no other obligations either. You do not have to book the voice over if you change your mind after asking a question.
