Audio delivery:
Everyone delivers raw audio within a working day when the production is under 10 minutes recorded audio. Raw audio means you don't edit, clean or process the audio, but we do expect you to take out the wrong takes. So it's a raw cut wav file in 48 kHz, 24 bit.
If the client wants the audio to be edited and/or mixed, mention @voicebooking in the chat, our sound engineers can take care of it.
What if the client complains about the audio quality?
Mention @voicebooking in the chat and one of our sound engineers will check the audio. If there is indeed an issue that might come from your equipment/studio both, they will help you to fix it. If the audio quality doesn’t meet Voicebooking requirements, we will ask you to record it again in a different set up.
