How does payment work?
When you book a voice over with us, you will receive an iDeal payment request. You can also choose to pay via bank transfer, but this payment [registration] often has a delay of one or two days, so the audio will not automatically be released in high quality (HQ). Do you want a quick delivery of your recording in HQ? Then use the iDeal link or send us proof of your bank transfer.
Will the voice over only start recording after payment?
Your chosen voice over will get to work right after your project has been sent to them, even if you haven’t yet paid. You will, however, only have access to low quality versions of the recording. As soon as your payment has been registered, you will receive the recordings in a higher quality and you will be able to use them for your project.
Why do I pay upfront?
As a webshop we always work with prepayment. This allows us to provide you with a dynamic service, deliver quickly and keep competitive rates.
Why don't I pay the voice over directly?
You pay us because you book the voice through our platform. This has several advantages:
- You can choose from the hundreds of voices in our database
- You are assured of quality
- With pre-selected voices you are guaranteed fast delivery and a fixed price
- With extended voices we make customized arrangements with the voice over
- You can make use of our additional services, such as audio editing, sound design and the Voice Over Generator.
