How do I receive the invoice?
Once you book a voice over, within the hour after your booking has been processed, you will receive an email with the invoice and a payment link. Not the voice over you book, but we send you the invoice. You can view all your invoices in your Voicebooking account.
How do I view my invoices in my account?
You can view all your invoices in your Voicebooking account. Log in and go to your profile. Via the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page you can go to your invoices.
I have a PO number. How can I get this on the invoice?
As a webshop we work with prepayment. This allows us to give you dynamic service and keep competitive rates. If you have a PO number, you can report this when first creating your project. If you need an invoice first in order to create a PO number, email us and we will make one for you!
